Vitaceler Return & Refund Policy

At Vitaceler, we stand behind the quality of our products and follow strict safety standards for all ingestible goods. Because our supplements cannot be resold once opened, our return and refund policy is limited to specific quality‑related issues.
This policy applies to all orders placed through Vitaceler.com.
1. Refund & Reship Eligibility (Quality‑Related Issues Only)
Refunds or reshipments are only available if your order meets one of the following conditions:

You received the incorrect product, SKU, or label

The product arrived expired

The product arrived with a broken, damaged, or compromised inner seal

Your order was not delivered or the tracking number did not update

Within 30 days of the order date (U.S. orders)

Within 45 days of the order date (international orders)

If your order qualifies, we will:

Reship the order at no cost, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method
Claims must be submitted within the required time window (see Section 5).
2. Non‑Quality‑Related Returns (Not Eligible for Refund)
Because our products are ingestible, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons outside the quality‑related issues listed above.
Examples of non‑eligible reasons include:

“Did not feel the effect”

Ordered by mistake

Found a better price

No longer want the product
These situations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
3. Exchanges
If your product arrived damaged or defective due to a quality issue listed in Section 1, we may offer an exchange or reshipment at no cost.
Products must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging, unless the defect involves the seal or expiration.
4. Proof of Purchase Required
To process any claim, you must provide:

Claims submitted without documentation cannot be processed.
5. Time Window for Claims
All claims must be submitted within:

30 days of receiving your order (U.S.)

45 days for international orders
Claims submitted after these timeframes cannot be accommodated.
6. Returns (If Required)
In rare cases, we may request that the product be returned for inspection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue qualifies under Section 1.
Returned items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Items that arrive opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for refund.
